1. Acceptance of Terms

The services provided by Olive Extra (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us") via quarkbooker.com are subject to the following Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice to you. 2. Commercial Wholesale Accounts

If you create an account for B2B or export purposes, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Olive Extra reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. International Shipping & Export Controls

For international orders, the following conditions apply:

• Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all exports are handled under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) terms.
• Documentation: We provide standard phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin. Any additional country-specific documentation must be requested at the time of order.
• Compliance: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the import of olive oil products complies with local laws and regulations in the destination country.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations in olive crop yields. Official quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Payments for wholesale orders must be made via Wire Transfer (SWIFT) or confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) unless otherwise authorized by our finance department.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Olive Extra or its content suppliers and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Olive Extra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods. Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Marrakesh for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
