The services provided by Olive Extra (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us") via quarkbooker.com are subject to these Terms of Service. We may update them at any time. The latest version is always available via the "Terms of Service" link on our website.
2. Commercial Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale or export account holders are responsible for their account security. Olive Extra may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion.
3. International Shipping & Export Controls
- Incoterms: Exports handled under EXW or FOB unless agreed otherwise.
- Documentation: Standard phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin are provided. Additional country-specific documents must be requested at order time.
- Compliance: Buyers must ensure import compliance with local laws and regulations.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary due to market fluctuations. Official quotes are valid for 14 days. Payments must be via Wire Transfer (SWIFT) or confirmed Letter of Credit unless otherwise authorized.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All site content, including text, images, and downloads, belongs to Olive Extra or its suppliers and is protected under Moroccan and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Olive Extra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The courts in Marrakesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
